Sharing Session with the University of Southern Queensland (USQ) Australia

We are delighted to inform you that International Undergraduate Program Department of Economics Education (IUP DEE) in collaboration with International Corner of Faculty of Economics conducted “Sharing Session with the University of Southern Queensland (USQ) Australia on Friday May 19th 2017 at Auditorium of Faculty of Economics. In this session, our speaker was Mr Louis Fernandes as an International Business Manager of USQ moderated by Mr Sandy Arief as Executive Chairman of IUP DEE.

Mr Arief explained that IUP DEE is actively expanding international cooperation with other world class universities. This session is one of the ways to strengthen and enlarge international network. “Academics and non-academics preparation is needed to students who are interested in pursuing their higher education at USQ. Students also equipped with cross-cultural understanding to engage with other international students from different backgrounds.” Mr. Fernandes said at the session.

Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Mr Heri Yanto emphasized that there are many possibilities to have stronger cooperation with USQ in research collaboration, exchange programs for faculty members and students, and short courses. IUP DEE will continue to have constructive cooperation with USQ in many educational areas in the near future.
