IUP DEE

After going through a series of selection process, Risma Nur Anissa IUPians 2014 presented her research on learning media at International Conference on Business and Social Science (ICoBSS) 2017 Universiti Teknologi Mara Campus Bandaraya, Cawangan, Melaka in February 28th – March 1^st, 2017. The two-day event was attended by 96 researchers from many countries; such as USA, Korea, Ecuador, Nigeria, Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand. Mr Sandy Arief as an Executive Chairman of IUP DEE stated that The Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Semarang and IUP DEE continue to support students to actively publish their scientific works. It can be seen by the continuous increase of scientific publications done by students. “This platform can be used not only to learn from other international academia and students but also expand students’ networking internationally” He added. He appreciates Risma and encourages other IUPians to do international exposures actively.

This year’s theme of conference was “Fostering Innovation in Business and Society”. Working closely with the Malaysia Technical Scientist Association (MALTESAS), this Conference would address the current highlight the latest development in business and social science from the track of accounting and finance, economics, marketing, human resource management, entrepreneurship, general management, international studies contemporary Islamic studies, communication and culture, tourism and hospitality, language and education. It was informed that all accepted papers would be included in the Advanced Science Letters (ASL), Medwell Journals (Scopus indexed) or any other Scopus indexed journal. Congratulations Risma!
