IUP DEE

In order to recognize your activities in 2017 as your score of International Exposure, IUP DEE would like to invite all of IUPians to fulfil the “IUP DEE Achievement Report”. This is a report of both your academic and non-academic activities to be reviewed and validated by the executive team of IUP DEE as your International Exposure score this year.

As your information, gaining the limit of International Exposure score in the end of your study time is a mandatory for all of IUPians before taking final project seminar (Ujian Skripsi) (check the limit score here). Without an International Exposure certificate, you will not be able to take this seminar. Therefore, you have to submit “IUP DEE Achievement Report” each year start from this year (2017).

This report consists of 3 sections with the description below:

Section 1

In this section you have to give your personal identity, include your complete name, email address, Student ID number, and your study program. Please make sure you choose the right study program include name and batch of it by clicking the right option.

Section 2

In this section you have to list all of your activities in 2017 including international exposure activities and non- international exposure activities. First, you have to choose an option whether you join or not join in each activity. If you join it, then you have to complete the description of the activity and upload the evidence of it. The evidence could be a certificate, a letter from committee, etc. Please attach your original/official documents: certificate, letter of acceptance, invitation letter, letter of duty, etc. Photos of activities considered as a secondary evidence. You only can upload one file of evidence, hence if you have more than one document you should compile it into pdf form. If you did not join the activity mentioned, you just need to click the button of “not join” and leave the rest questions empty.

It is important for you to fulfil non- international exposure activities since the executive team will allow a special international exposure score for some worth activities. You can upload this kind of activities for maximum three events, please choose the best three activities you have joined exclude international exposure activities.

Section 3

This is a feedback section. You are going to be able to give suggestion, comment, and any feedback for IUP DEE executive team in order to build a better management, program, and innovation in the future. You have chance to give us your idea in 100 words. We appreciate your feedback by bringing it up to our annual meeting to be discussed further. In this section also you have to sign the declaration statement.

We remind you to prepare your scanned certificates to be uploaded for each activity in jpg or pdf format. This report has to submit before December 26th, 2017 at 11.59 am. IUPian who does not send it by that time will be scored zero for his/her international exposure score in 2017. Remember, you are only allowed to submit the report once, so please make sure you have completed your report before you submit it. IUPian who gets the highest score for each study program will be published in IUP DEE official website and social media, and deserves an official achievement certificate from IUP DEE.
